Vegetation_Low_Visuals_R_PROPER= Increased fps

Proper project - Vegetation_Low_Visuals_R_PROPER

I can confirm a 10 to sometimes 20 fps increase around foliage while using Vegetation_Low_Visuals_R_PROPER
( 20 on those red bushes !)

Whats is it?

ArmA II vegetation is unfortunately not well done in various aspects:

* LOD switching: While moving the shape of the vegetation changes very noticeable (resolution LODs).
* Different coloring: Even more also the coloring changes in the different forms of the models (mipmaps).
* FPS impact: The vegetation has a big impact on FPS, while the very extreme details can hardly been
seen and is not perceived while playing anyway.

The approach of this addon is to drop:

* The very detailed resolution LODs.
* The very detailed mipmaps - the highest quality textures.
* The very low mipmaps - the very ugly textures seen at distance.

The overall goal is better FPS, less LOD switching and better visual look for ArmA II vegetation!
