HEY 
letting you know that my gaming computer is working again!
tonight i am still getting through some windows loading issues, as in not doing that. ~either~ I have to reinstall XP and all my games, or not, but my rig will be working again full throttle real quick like.

well, I had to install windows again because there were too many corrupt windows files to deal with.
slowly I am loading the apps I had before.
I took Beers advice and did a defrag after i installed BF2 and Left for Dead.
whoa, it was fragged all up!
