Hello, I am in the alliance, GALK. I was wondering if I could apply for a non-agression pace with USI. Some USI members have been attacking GALK members repeaditly. I'm going to stay neutral on the galk alliance or NAP.
What do they have to offer to our alliance. Not much they have no large fleets, no moons and most of the members are newbies.
