LOL...I think I have a big advantage in technology on ya there, but an alliance would benefit you.

Your resources grow all the time, for now upgrade your metal and crystal mines, paying attention to your power requirements.

My location is universe 4, Galaxy 1, system 328, planet 4 "Cryptonia"

not sure what help you need, but what works for me is to first build a solar plant, then metal and crystal mines. Don't worry about dueterium for now. Get your metal and crystal mines up to level 5, and your solar plant big enough to support them, then click the "technology" tab and decide what you want to research, then develop the techs you need to get there! Easy, right?
