Basic Admin

Hi i have been playing on your servers regularly for quite some time, and most of the time when you guys are around everyone follows rules and everythings cool. When you guys aren't around people go into uncaps and do stuff they are not supposed to like stacking teams 6 vs 12 today. I don't know if it because auto balance somehow turns itself off or not. So for the times that I'm on the server and can't reach one of you guys, I would like to have some basic admin rights. This is just a suggestion if its dismissed, I'll understand. What I ask for is some rights that would enable me to to warn, turn autobalace on and, kick people this would help keeping the server going. No one is happy when rules are not being followed, so they leave.

our basic admin package includes:

our custom warnings include:
wheels - Wheels not off the ground
bunny - We don't like bunnyrabbits KNOCK IT OFF!
vote - Do not initiate a kick vote when admins are present
line - Wait your turn in line
acom - Commander will not be in aircraft, disembark or resign NOW!
hrape - Chopper may only attack AA and other choppers Leave the uncap NOW!
vrape - no vehicles in enemy uncap, steal it and leave
ucb - only spec ops in uncap
adm - player is not an admin, knock it off
glitch - glitching
smack - smacktard, knock it off
mem - make room for member
pad - padding stats
spam - spamming messages
vwhore - stealing / shooting teammates vehicles
tk - teamkilling
