here is the mod that includes the viewdistance and terrain settings adjustment via action menu

i have determined that of the 20 or so addons in the pack, the one i use most is the instant viewdistance pbo, so I am just going to plop that pbo into another mod folder i am using, like chammys sound mod folder.
